Eligibility:
All renters must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and provide a valid payment method at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Any additional charges, such as overtime, tolls, or damages, will be charged to the payment method on file.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions:
Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only. Smoking, excessive drinking, or any illegal activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Damage and Liability:
Renters are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning fees, or loss of property caused during the rental period.

Service Delays:
While we strive to be punctual, unforeseen delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for delays.

Termination of Service:
We reserve the right to terminate services if the renter violates these terms or engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior during the rental period.
